I purchased premium and added the RSS feed to my PSVR. However, when trying to open it up on my PS4, it comes up with an error saying “This section is empty” - the My Videos feed works fine as well as the trailers etc. It’s just with the Premium feed. Please let me know what to do.

hamzzz96 There is a reported issue with this and we are working on a fix, but we don't have a timeline for this. For the time being, some users reported success by trying to add the feed several times.

I have tried to add it several times and it still does not work. Is there any other way to add the Premium feed in?

A possible fix is coming this week. Will update here when ready.

        This is ridiculous.
It has been like this for over a month now.
I previously had "some" luck fiddling with the filters on the right to reload the RSS and "sometimes" (1 in 50) that worked.

        This no longer works either.
How do I request a refund due to the inability to use the premium service as described due to this issue?

EdTutiOpiVR Alternatively... I'm a software engineer. Give me access to the git repo and I'll figure out the difference between the free feed (which always works) and the premium one which has the issue.

For those that have a software engineering background I have a workaround that allows the littlstar app to load the premium feed.

            1. Save a copy of the XML from the feed URL
            2. Use 'npm/npx serve' to serve this file from a local directory.
            3. Add the feed to littlstar using your private IP (eg. 192.168.0.2:5000/premium.xml)
            4. The feed will load successfully.

I was surprised by this, there I was all ready to modify the XML and figure out the root cause... As it turns out, the feed is valid and not malformed. I'm guessing that there is a timeout issue when connecting to the actual SLR feed and the app gives up.

EdTutiOpiVR Hey man, thanks for the workaround. Could you give a little more info on step 2 or link to a guide? Thanks!

SamSuppVR this is getting silly now. You've been prompting us to wait for updates over a month. I would like to get a refund for my subscription as this is part of the promised service that you guys haven't been able to provide.

hamzzz96 We are still looking into this, and yes, it's taking longer than anticipated.

Note that the RSS feed is an extra service, you still get unlimited streaming with the recommended SLR app or DeoVR, and the ability to download Premium videos, with the Premium subscription.

Hi is there any word on getting this fixed. Like this is gone beyond a joke. I dont pay nearly 30 quid for the thing I got the membership for not to work and especially now that have the world is in quartine I think we need this the most hahahahahha so please cope on and fixed it first time it was reported was in January

Slothking Not sure why it's taking so long. The temporary solution should still work though (add "/num/100" to the Premium feed URL before pasting it in littlstar). Did you try this?

                  I wish I'd read this post before I subscribed😒

this feature is the only reason i subscribed, and it's significantly more busted than these nuts

Yeah, the RSS feed not working. Also, the majority of the limited 50 videos I got to download on my so called unlimited subscription seem to stop playing during first minute or two.
Pretty disappointed, would not call PSVR supported.
