NO Cancel button

Hi, I just had a trial and now I'm a sub for a month since I didn't cancel in time. However this was impossible since there is no cancel button in my profile page. Could somebody help me fix this? I'd also like a refund for this month. Anyone else have the problem of a missing cancellation button?

killik You have a 30 day subscription, not a monthly, this doesn't have a cancel button, there's nothing to cancel.

It's not a bug, it's designed that way intentionally

Hairsational that's not even how the signup works. You're billed immediately, not after some trail period. If there's no cancel button, then he has no recurring subscription.

Any update on this? I see no cancel button. I'm being charged $24.99 per month but no way to stop it.
