  • Quest 3 thumbsticks don't work on DeoVR (Steam version)

I tried to remap the controls in the DeoVR controller settings and the rebind screen is not detecting any thumbstick movement at all ! All other buttons and even thumbsticks center click work fine . This is on latest DeoVR Steam version started trough Virtual Desktop and SteamVR . On Quest versions this problem doesnt exist !

Please check and fix this !

    Just tested the latest DeoVR 13.12.2.1 that claims the thumbstick problem is fixed and with big disappointment have to report that this problem is not resolved at all !
    No any change if you lunch DeoVR Steam version via SteamVR and VD - thumbsticks movement still not detected AT ALL at rebind controllers screen in settings ...
    If you lunch DeoVR via Quest Air Link (Quest API) (without SteamVR) in DeoVR controller settings the rebind screen this time seems to works fine and detecting thumbstick movement and you can rebind successful thumbstick for example horizontal and vertical rotation . But ... when you start some vid and press thumbstick down - it just drops you out from the vid into vids list menu ... The left and right thumbstick movements also doesnt work proper and they just forwards the vid ...
    So with other words the problem is not fixed at all !
    Just wonder is it really so hard and complicated you developers of DeoVR to fix something so very simple ?!? REALLY ???
    Shame on you ...
    P.S and the biggest joke is that all this works PERFECT on Quest 3 and DeoVR Steam version 8.55 - this is more then 2 years old version ...

      boboweb yea that sucks, thats why I dont use the the steam version for now. I only use the meta RC version and DLNA to stream wireless and the thumbstick work great on that. I'm sure this will get updated for you soon enough tho, seems like a pretty basic update considering all the other crazy stuff SLR is also doing.

              yep...little joy stick not working for me either....BUT just happy someone else with the same issue is talking about it
