When loading DeoVR on quest 3, i get 3 rotating dots with nothing on screen. I press file and then home and it takes me to the DeoVR homepage where the videos do not load. As instructed on SLR, i type the URL for SLR and nothing, it just hangs. I have completed a factory reset and reinstalled the app through the Meta store and still have the same issue.

I have a premium account but unable to use the recommended app to view which is very frustrating. with the videos from Original SLR are 200° (fisheye) other apps cannot load the vids properly.

I have already reported this issue a week ago but no one from support has got back to me with a solution or direction to a solution.

    I used to occasionally get this on Quest 2. Only way I got around it was to go into another app, like the internet browser, do something in it, and then come back to DeoVR afterwards. It then seemed to work.

    It was always SLR page that I couldn’t get into though, not DeoVR itself. I bet if you type Realjamvr into the Deo browser, it will open that site. Sometimes it just doesn’t want to open SLR.

      What usually works is going into your settings then boundary and clearing the boundary settings and then recreate your boundary. If that doesn’t work hold down the power button for 30 seconds for a hard restart

      following, have exact same issue, slr website loaded on regular meta browser but not deoVR, constantly 3 dot hanging.

        The problem remains for days now. Really frustrating customer experience.
        The regular deovr.com website within the DEOVR player works just fine.
