Lost Premium privileges even though I'm paying for Premium..

Same happened to me, mine was last paid on 12-12. Some sort of billing issue it seems. Hopefully it gets sorted out soon.

Just thought I'd add to this thread rather than starting a new one! I've had the same problem for the last couple of days. My subscription was paid on 13th January with no problems by the looks of it and is due again in a couple of days. Is there some sort of bug with the subscription software somewhere?

Just got me again. Is this going to happen every month?

Hi Sam, am having the same problem again. My credit card company refused the payment until I replied Y to a text they sent me as fraud prevention but your payment system can't cope with that for some reason. Could you please try taking the payment again when you have a chance? Ta!

Hi, I am facing this problem too. I paid on 20 Oct and just realised I lost access to Premium without any notice. Can I get back my premium access please. Thanks. I have contacted support with details.
