My handy is not connecting for some reason. It was working fine all week and yesterday, but today it's not at all. I had reset my modem twice, changed passwords, and plug in and out. None of that working and so I was wondering am I the only one dealing with this or what do I do?

    DevAnimate Do you have an active SLR premium + scripts membership?
    Can you make sure you are connected on 2.4ghz network (instead of 5ghz)?
    Can you connect to any other sites like handyfeeling.com or the handy app?

      Did the connection key change? Or maybe change the key as well if it can connect to the wlan. Just to be clear: The handy is connected to the router with LED status magenta? (https://intercom.help/ohdoki/en/articles/8211857-led-statuses)

      I have a similar issue with a newer router (it can't connect to the router even if it can discover it) - now it only works with mobile hotspot for some reason.

      I changed the key connection and it still didn't work

      DevAnimate since you cant connect anywhere else, it would be best to contact handy support directly as they should be able to troubleshoot the issue

      I would ask though, how did you change your connection key (Handy key) without using the handy app? The Handy app is what you would normally use to change your connection key

      Just to also check though you are doing this step -> after you change your connection key, make sure close the app on your phone (or better restart your phone), and also unplug the power to your handy toy

      Then replug your handy toy, wait about 20 sec -> then open DeoVR (SLR app) and try reconnecting in haptics settings

      Make sure you press the 'wifi' button on the front of the handy toy to begin the wifi connection process and be patient as it may take some time to connect
