Every one of my playlists is now showing a video that I purchased as the first video in that playlist. If I create a new playlist, it gets added automatically. I tried to send this issue via the contact page on the website, but I can't get past the captcha that pops up when I click the button to submit(it won't let me click the empty square. using Crome browser on Mac)

    Hey @shayne35 , this definitely requires a support request as we need to check your account. Can you try submitting a support request while logged in in incognito mode in Chrome and let me know the request number once you do it? Thanks!

      [deleted] @ZeeKay shayne35 Hi, we have the same issue since last Thursday. My ticket# is 37701. Today I noticed that all my videos are still in the playlist (that's a relief), but it's just that, as mentioned above, my 246 purchased videos for some reason have been added to all playlists so they show first.

      Note that they "show" there but are not "saved" and can't be unselected from Save to playlist menu. I have Windows Edge on PC with the latest version and cleared cache and cookies.

        [deleted] Thank you, I had the same issue and created ticket #37803. It's solved now for me. It was only in the webclient not in DeoVR app.

        It's fixed for me.

        A way to re-sort the order that our playlist show up in the playlist list would be nice. Mine are getting out of control. I know I could make a copy, delete, rename, but it's a pain.

          shayne35 Awesome, as for playlists, I know that the team is working on revamping them so expect this to be changed in the future.
