A function that automatically skips to the position that you yourself are currently in would be great. So lats say you are laying in bed, you could have a check-box somewhere on the site for "laying down", and when you then play a new video, it would automatically skip to the part of the video where the male actor also is laying down.

Unfortunately, as OP says, by not considering the real position of the viewer,
going from a video where you are standing, to one sitting, to another lying down, breaks the immersion.

I hope you soon achieve something as requested.
