I think it still ships with the original first generation sleeve - I would look at upgrading to the second generation sleeve (TrueGrip) and maybe get some additional ones (Lotus etc) for variety. I also bought the True Grip PRO band to replace the included one. It's a little more secure and grippy.

I found holding the thing up while using it was tiresome very quickly, so I made a hands-free setup for myself. There are plenty of DIY solutions around here if you search.

But honestly, just the basic unit was transformative for me. Incredible experience.

BungaBunga For the hands free I was thinking about creating a ARC like bridge with a towel. Large towel folded and then one end sits on my left buttocks and the other in my right buttocks and then the middle is on top of the handy to keep it hold.

As others have said, buy other sleeves because the default one is not as amazing as others (ahem! Looking at you, Lips).

Also, make sure you buy this: Super Lube 92003 Silicone Lubricating Grease with PTFE, 3 oz Tube, Translucent White. Depending on how much you use the device, the grease for the internal mechanism will dry out and get louder. The Super Lube grease I linked is THE BEST I tried to keep my Handy working smoothly and silent.

I'd also suggest you buy a high quality lube. Make sure it's "sticky" and doesn't dry out easily. I've been using the "Onatsuyu Pussy Juicy Lotion" for a year now, and it's perfect 😍

Finally, if you buy the official hands-free accessory, I recommend you to buy the El Gato arm/s + mount + heavy base combo. I have my Handy attached to that contraption and works great for couch, bed, desk, any setting you might have.

3 tips:

when playing a script, hit that UP arrow on the front of the device to increase stroke depth to enjoy the full range possible from the device
use a good lube - I would recommend Gun Oil H20. Ensure you get the inside the sleeve all coated by squishing the sleeve around before you insert yourself into it
ensure you adjust the script delay (in settings in DeoVR) to match your network delay for a finer tuned synchronization (try -50/-75 ms if in EU/Asia, or -150/-175 ms in in NA)
