LordCrash I agree with you; more downloads wouldn't be bad; I am a lifetime subscriber and have not regretted it for 2 months; well I have only downloaded very few videos for the moment but I would like not to be so restricted not 30 downloads for 6 days: 50 downloads for 6 days and I will be satisfied; I'm not going to argue, I feel like it's not much use lol, but I'm appealing to the good heart of doublevr lol; go a good gesture for the love of the beautiful women of your site (I love them all I think)

theHobbit so just a demand by the mob then? No actual tangible reason? Glad we got that sorted. 🙂

Are you trying to troll like amateur or are you just really bad at it?

@theHobbit this is a feature REQUEST post

Its clear that this is pointless, I'll ignore you and let you rant, hf

Hairsational Are you trying to troll like amateur or are you just really bad at it?

there are only a few of you drama queens who are triggered by my so called 'trolling' it seems lol. you can't help yourselves.

I asked a perfectly reasonable question.

theHobbit I asked a perfectly reasonable question.

You obviously didn't read the original post if you had to ask this question. Reading at least the original post is basic courtesy before engaging in a discussion online. Checking whether your question was already answered during the discussion is another thing people expect you to do before asking. Same applies to starting new threads, you're expected to search whether your issues was already discussion before asking another time etc. That's all basic rules for discussions on internet forums and I'm pretty sure that you know that as well.

So please don't act surprised when you're caught and called out for what either is lazyness or bad intent. Anyway, that's my last reply to you here since you're obviously just out for attention.

LordCrash The original post was looked at before replying. Whether a subscriber is a long-term one or not, suddenly giving them massively more download capability can hurt the site's bottom line along with increasing other risk factors as noted. Thus, if a user--long-term or not--wishes to access a lot more, then buying movies separately is the fairer option. At the end of the day, certainly almost all users are not regularly (or at all) reaching the fair use limit so it's probably not in the interest of the site to bend over backwards for heavy users.

SexLikeReal is about sexual wellness, not about amassing a gargantuan locally-stored porn collection to survive a nuclear winter or two. That option does exist though and perhaps for especially long-term users, a mutual solution could be lowering the price of PPV movies by X%.

Honestly guys, you have approximately 5 downloads per day, that is more than enough. You know it is. Stop being greedy.

I mean how often are you guys jerking off per day lol. Is it more than 5? That would be like a minimum of 30 jerks every 6 days. Your prostrates would be knackered lol.

        @LordCrash , yangbodyn , @Hairsational et al

Perhaps you should be thanking SexlikeReal for imposing these limits for your own personal well being. I mean I know you guys don't give a monkeys about the sexual health of the performers you wish to download, but WE care about you. I CARE ABOUT YOU.

I mean what if your download limit was increased and you upped your jerk limit to 10 ejaculation sessions per day and popped your clogs with your headset on your head and controller in hand. It would be a scandal, I tell you. Especially when the investigators realise that there were several downloads in progress.

LordCrash I don't want to watch these scenes right on the spot but maybe over the course of the next few days whenever I want to.

set to Watch Later. Problem Solved.

LordCrash If SLR is more and more inconvenient to use and put more and more restrictions in place, even for people who already payed hundreds of dollars to them in the last months and years, then I might just cancel my sub and sub on VRporn instead

          Resorting to Blackmail lol

theHobbit A customer not getting what they want out of a product they pay for and moving on isn't blackmail.

This sort of thing is exactly what drives piracy. People just want to be able to consume the content they are paying for in a frictionless way that suits them as an individual. They don't want to be told "you can't do this" and they certainly don't want to have benefits that have already paid for reduced or removed. History shows that when service providers impose restrictions on how content can be consumed or add other sources of friction, people increasingly turn to piracy.

              justifying piracy lol

theHobbit lol, thanks thank you for caring about us. yes it’s true that I’m greedy too; and it's because I'm greedy that I'm a lifetime subscriber to slr; Yes, it's true ; and I find Seigneurcrash's proposal interesting; after all it’s just a request.

When I first joined there was no download limit. I haven't downloaded anything in a while, the streaming has mostly been working for me. But as they seem to want to continue to erode daydream support I am looking more at downloading again. Daydream continues to work just fine for me except for some of the 200deg videos. I'm afraid if they move to a new codec those videos will not work on daydream. I could download movies and convert them myself. And no download limit would allow me not to worry about them blocking the daydream app, i could download and use skybox app to watch.

LordCrash just to clarify, I am not against your idea, I think it’s a reasonable thing to ask and I’d be perfectly happy if it was granted.

I was just explaining why they’ll never agree to it in the hope of not opening this can of worms again where everyone starts fighting about download levels. It seems we’re on the way though! Not that this is your fault, you asked a perfectly reasonable question.

LordCrash Long term users or short term users who hit the access limits generally cost platforms like SLR more than what they make in subscription fees.

The issue at play is these passionate opinions are coming from the point of view of a self-admitted super heavy user. Regardless of site, these users make up a microscopic amount of the user base and often are the most opinionated.

If you choose to cancel and go elsewhere, that is within your right. However, downloading nonstop may lead to similar issues on other sites even if their ToS does not mention fair use policies, download limits, etc. Thus, if you value the site as much as they seemingly value you, chipping in to keep the site in the black via buying individual movies is the fairer option.

Hairsational If the usage system keeps the company profitable and 99% of users never encounter any limits, it is working as intended. If one goes to a buffet and begins shoveling tons of steak every time it comes out into Tupperware--something most customers don't do--then they may be shown the door or shown a bigger bill. The same can be said for sites that allow download access, but may have a small # of users with especially large hard drives that need filling.

begs the question why someone threatening to leave would want SLR to increase their downloads quota or why users justifying piracy would want their download quota increased

LordCrash I'm sure everyone questioning why you want more download freedom feels perfectly fine with digital only or streaming only on their video game consoles or music right? I bet in that light they would probably understand your point of view a little better? I'm sure they also see no benefit from being able to either have physical or digital versions of films at hand? I'm sure they are perfectly happy with streaming services and their cycles of adding and removing films? I think it's a totally valid question to at least ask.

theHobbit I'm curious why you are opposed to more downloads? You don't use them but for some reason do care about them.

Me myself, I cut out the moneyshot and make my own compilation... Is this a big issue for you? Not sure why you don't like people who use what is offered by the website

Nobody is demanding anything, nobody has justified piracy (like really, not at all)
