  • Kiiroo KEON Not Working With SLR

Hey,

Last week I tried to use my Kiiroo KEON the same way as I always do and the toy wouldn't move. It connects to the Haptics app and the icon goes green inside the SLR app yet it won't move with any scripts.

I've updated everything, made sure everything is charged and I can't seem to fix it. I see that there are two other posts having this issue too.

Any idea when this will be fixed?

I have the same issue!! Im like for two hours trying to fix it thought it just me

Hey guys, are you using the SLR app or the DeoVR app as the SLR app is no longer supported?

    Just wrote a reply on Discord too but sharing it here as well:

    So, moving forward you will need to switch to DeoVR and then from it's address bar type in www.sexlikereal.com and log in so you can use our services while continuing to get app updates.

    As for the Haptics, I am just checking with my colleagues and looking at the information that I have, this will be corrected soon with a fix. Also, it will be resolved with the new version of the DeoVR app that's currently in the works (ver. 13.13)

    Until this gets sorted, we kindly ask for some additional patience!

    Just switched from the SLR app to DeoVR app and it's still not working with Haptics despite connecting.

    Can every one make sure to have gone through connecting their SLR account with a browser on their phone? ie Chrome?

    The latest HC version made it all very confusing.

    • There is a login in the HC app itself
    • There is a browser in the HC app itself

    Do not use any of these two for use with a VR headset!


    Instead:

    • Launch the HC app
    • open a different browser (ie Chrome) on your phone
    • log in to your SLR account
    • go to your profile page.
    • On your profile page, scroll down a bit until you see a button 'connect to HC app', and click it.

      I just did everything you mentioned in this post and it still doesn't work.

      The KEON connects to Haptics and shows that there's a connection, the icon turns green in DeoVR and yet no movement when a video is played with a script.

        Okay so I left it not working and then after 60 seconds it randomly connected.

          ilfdsm Great to hear you are connected finally, but it connected without you doing anything further other than wait for it?

            Edit: I deleted feel connect ,deleted data of haptic connect ,
            Made the connection from the hc button (like a first tine uae in the app ,it asked for bt permission) and tried and it worked ,on pates version and beta

            manuka - The tightness and vibration settings are available when you click on your toy in the 'devices' tab

            Do you have an active scripts subscription, YES

            have you already clicked the deeplink 'connect to hc button' in your profile page, I clicked a button that says "CONNECT SLR TO HC APP". One from the phone chrome browser and one in the settings in the DEOVR app

            and can you see the 'player' tab in haptics connect? YES

            Not the exact same issue. I'm using the MAX 2, I've never used the SLR app, only DEOVR. I've followed all of those procedures before (connecting from my phone chrome browser, etc), and when mine connects, it is on a continuous inflation cycle. Usually I can cycle through the buttons to turn it off or to the "null" setting, but sometimes it won't change at all.

            And I've let it sit for awhile, longer than 60 seconds, and it still hasn't worked.

              manuka Click on the Max 2 toy in your 'devices' tab in haptics connect app - this will lead you to your Max 2 toy settings where you can adjust your inflation settings from there

              Rakly3 I've done every step here, tried multiply times but my Lovense Max 2 does nothing when i play a video through HC app. Everything is connected (works in manual).

                ShaunK Try checking your toy settings by clicking on your Lovense Max 2 toy in 'Devices' in Haptics connect app when connected

                Try adjusting the settings and see if that helps activate movement when playing scripted content (ensure a script is selected when playing the video)
