Hey i got new kiiiroo keon ,and it worked with the video ..my vr set disconnected since the cable was loose ,so I tried to connect again abd the keon not interacting anymore ,i did a restart to everything ,it sldoes recognize the video in the app but not interacting ,in the different menues i did manage to make it work but with the video its not
