petermc Philip The new Canon lens has an IPD of 60mm, I think the old K2 (MKX200) have an IPD of 64mm. I've in reality an IPD of 60mm, so for me personal the new lens is perfect... 😀

Philip the opposite is true, closer the lenses are the bigger things will look

Well okay, glad to learn that, but to the point: clearly for most people whatever the camera configuration has been for these latest scenes, the scale feels like a return to 2015/2016. Is it true that the IPD is a fixed distance and so the greater resolution comes at the cost of scaling issues like experts from outside have been saying? That this Brobdingnagian feel (look it up if you need to folks) might be here to stay? If so, then please for the love of god go back to whatever was working from your last rig. I loved the girls and theme today, but it has been an occasional struggle while watching it how oversized they appear. And that’s not to mention how beyond annoying this 190 deg format is for those of us still happy with our older comfortable headsets, and the response so far has basically been: too bad, upgrade.

argyle43 here’s a response on a different forum I saw today (without revealing the poster or site) that I think pretty well captures the growing mood on this…

Philip did you read the rest? Scale? 2015 giantesses? I get that SLR can’t release updates for Go, but let me assure you it doesn’t quell a growing resentment out there that SLR moved to something that just isn’t going to work. Better SLR knows about it, yes? I’ve already posted that I’m resigned to live with it. I’ll upgrade when I’m ready to upgrade. It’s pretty insulting to be told to do so though.

Does anybody know the best settings in Heresphere for the new scenes?

The latest foursome started in "normal" mode which looked weird and so I changed to fisheye. It looked much better that way and the resolution and picture clarity is AMAZING!!! but the girls are indeed "too big" in Heresphere as well.

      Edit:
I just asked the dev on discord myself, the correct settings for HeresphereVR are "Fisheye, linear lens, true fov = 190".

He added auto-detection for _RF52 but since the latest scene now ends on _FISHEYE190 there is no auto-detection for that yet. The dev will add it to the next update now. 😀

She wants no else but you.

From now on, your body, it's "All Hers". So sit back and look at the stars. And let Vanessa Moon taste your body, as you feel her lighten your day up. 💫🌙🥰

Beautiful girl. And the fog and attempted lighting around her is very interesting. It’s a real pity that the artistic effect being attempted is more or less ruined by the rest of the studio which is still very much visible within the FOV. Generally I’m focused on the girl so I’m not too bothered, but it would have been very cool to blaze up a dab of cannabis extract and get lost in that world, which it seems clear was the artistic intention here. Hopefully you guys can eventually solve how to hide the fact that these scenes are so obviously in a studio set.

It’s a bit of a bummer that the ultra expansive FOV that this new rig is meant to provide actually detracts from this scene. Maybe you should reserve use of this rig for on location shoots, and use something that can be more narrowly focused for these studio shoots?

Not watched the trailers yet but, after a little burst of anal in the early part of the year, I see we’re now back to normal with no anal scenes for a couple of months.
