Speaking for myself, I have no issue with people giving criticism, hell I do it plenty myself. This camera angle was off, scaling is off, no doggy style, etc etc. that’s all fine, that’s critiquing a scene. The warehouse scenes are something they have been doing for a while now so it’s ok to say that you don’t like that setting.

My issue comes when people can’t accept when one scene deviates from the norm. So they’re not critiquing how the glory hole scene was done, just that it exists at all because every scene has to be the type of scene that they like, there’s no room for what anyone else wants to see. I wouldn’t mind so much if it wasn’t for the fact that almost every scene is the same type of scene (i.e. POV sex scene with one or two girls) so they get scene after scene after scene of what they want but then can’t accept one scene of what someone else wants.

I’m not someone that is particularly into the gloryhole scenes but it’s not like they’re every other day. They’re exceedingly rare on here so I can accept that this scene will appeal to some people and applaud a little variety.

There appears to be a female POV scene coming up. That won’t be for me so I’ll skip it but there might be female members on here or others that are into it. Again, it’s not an every day occurrence, this is probably the first one they’ve ever done. If there was suddenly a bunch of female POV scenes and no male POV ones then people would have a right to say wtf is happening with all the female scenes? One scene though? Cool, I hope some people enjoy it.

I just think VR porn viewers are used to one type of scene which they get all of the time and have become a little intolerant that any other type of scene should exist in the VR bubble. Take it from someone who’s tastes are not hugely well catered to in VR porn, you’re incredibly lucky that nearly every scene is catered to you. I wish that was the case for me, if it was, I’d be thrilled at how much I was getting and not getting upset if the odd very rare scene deviated from that.

            About the backlog, I have suscribed for a month but it is not my first suscription. And I have bought a lot individual titles in the last two years, so I have all I really like.

            I'm a guy of simple tastes with no ego and no fantasy of fucking multiple women at the same time, because the more people there are, the more it ends up becoming boring mechanical sex. I'm only interested in one-on-one scenes or duos at the most, with natural girls, and that limits the offer a lot.

            I don't criticize that there are all those gloryholes, harems, Non-POV, etc, that you like so much, but that I find boring, because is the same old boring porn of the last 50 years. What I criticize is all of that is published in a row and many users have to stay 10 days without scenes.

            The last releases of SLR have been harem POV, gloryhole, and if we pay attention to the list of upcoming releases, the same harem Non POV, a foursome, and a guy who wants to fuck me because I have become a woman.

            So in 10 or 12 days I won't be able to download anything. And on top of that, scenes that I subscribed for, like Mila Mars or Lily Starfire, are delayed forever....

            What I'm saying is that this kind of scenes should be interlaced with the standard ones, I don't understand that they are released all in a row and leave a lot of people without being able to watch anything.

              petermc Some spoiled people on here used to getting exactly what they want 100% of the time. Why not celebrate that someone else may get a scene that they’ve been waiting to see. I’m sure there’s some hoping for this gloryhole scene (not me I’ll admit but I’ll still check it out), lots were looking forward to the harem scene. You can’t deal with any variety at all?

              They aren’t going to stop making the scenes you like, you have a ton of them already and will get a ton more. Maybe let others have their one gloryhole scene once every blue moon in amongst the hundreds of the type of scene you like in the same period.

              these more niche interest scenes shouldnt be released on the usual release days (saturday and monday) but instead on wednesdays or even just randomly whenever they are ready i reckon. the scenes need to be scheduled better too. otherwise it leaves too many people waiting for a scene they are interested in.

              looking at the scenes released since the last one i was interested in (the britt blair + jessica starling scene on june 29) and the upcoming schedule we have got:

                  argyle43 it wasn’t directed at you, your comment was fairly measured, basically that there’s some scenes on the upcoming list that you’re not into but that you’re looking forward to some others. That’s all fine. You’re accepting that most of their output is fine so you’re prepared to live with a couple of scenes that aren’t to your taste.

                  Others were more along the lines of “why are they doing different types of scenes, why don’t they just stick to their standard stuff that I like?” That’s when it becomes entitled.

                  Like you say, it’s fine to say “this isn’t for me but I hope that people like it” in the knowledge that there’ll be a load more stuff that is for you on the horizon. The ratings will give them an idea of what is popular and what isn’t.

                  At some point though, you have to try things out and see if it brings in new subscribers. It’s no good just keeping the people you have, you need to grow. They may try something then like a watersports scene for example (just throwing it out there!) which the hardcore GFE fans don’t like and make it known. However, if you do two or three of them over the space of a couple of months, maybe then some fans of that type of porn say “SLRO have started doing regular watersports content, I’m going to join”. It’s still infrequent enough though that you’re not losing your loyal hardcore fans.

                  As I said, I’m not into the gloryhole stuff or female POV but just them trying some new things is positive for me as it means they’re not just giving us the same stuff over and over and maybe we’ll get some fetish content that I like along the way. For others though, it seems they spit the dummy out if any scene deviates from the norm that they like and have gotten used to getting every single time.

                      LordCrash So now I have to contribute with my thoughts.... I think now there is much negative feelings and opinions against SLRO. I want to devide them into creative decisions and technical issues. Unfortunatley both came together in the last weeks. On the creative decisions I'm inline with SLRO. I love the vanilla 1 on 1, FFM and FFFM but I'm also into the other stuff they werre presenting: The really creative bukkake scene, the gloryholes (I requested more after Venera and Eveline), now the his and hers, same scene with male an female POV, the tremendous harems... And also this styles with neon and black background were great (look at the forum posts about using this for passthrough modes and experiments). I'm also looking forward to this gangbang and want more of such MMFF scenes (I see this scene as the one time high of SLRO)
                      So and now I come to the technical issues of the last weeks;
                      I'm very dissapointed about how SLRO was faceing the transition from the well known K2 200° 6K camera to the new Canon RF52 rig with 190° fisheye lens and R5C base. Why do you not have established an R&D development team to get the best parameters of this new rig (e.g. maximize field of depth) and try out the best image quality to distribute to all of your creative production teams?! (I think you should have the necessary financial possibilities). Ok, now I also have to ask why are there many other studios that can do it better than you: KinkyGirlsBerlin (as fas as i know they are only two persons doing the stuff without studio location), LethalHardcoreVR, VRHush
                      And additional also the different experiments on post which needed some updates on DeoVR and SLR App are not really helpful. First with _rf52 in filename and a dedicated mesh for the cannon lens but also a swapped eyes stereomode (custom uv in app). As this seemed to have issues (as commented at the Irina gloreyhole scene) you have to remaster all shot scenes (which led to confusions in the upcoming scene order) and now providing the scenes with _fisheye190 in the filename and the standard sbs stereomode.
