Keon not working with scripts

I have the feel sense app, it's showing my Keon is connected. It displays my user name on the app. On the vr headset, I have haptics connected turned on. It shows the green button on the bottom left to let me know it's all connected and the little blue icon on the video is turned on. Still nothing from my device when trying to play a interactive video.

PcbDude82 Are you running the feel sense app at the same time?
Are you using an iPhone?
Which headset, app(s) and system? (Windows, Meta Quest without PC?)
Is your Keon connected to the HapticsConnect app?
Is your phone using the same wifi network as your headset/PC, and not mobile internet?

I have the same problem
Android phone with the haptic connect app and a Quest2.
Was working perfectly before but now wont play scripts.
Same wifi
It connects to the Keon seems to be connected to slr, the manual mode works when I use it. Just when I go into a scripted scene no action

It's a known and fixed issue. Just waiting for the HapticsConnect app update to be released.
