Hey guys i have some problems with slr and wanted to ask if somebody know how ti fix it. At first i can say i watch the movies on my huawei p smart smartphone with cardboard installed on it and i use the vr sharkX4 VRglasses. The first problem i have is that the slr app is not working correctly . After i downloaded it a few days ago i was fascinated about the precise neyecontrol. It was realy easyto write my username and password for the login and the videos i watched had a precise eyecontrol two, it was an absolute magnificent experince. one day later the app wanted me to install an update. After the update it was really hard to control the app because when i turned my head the cursorpoint didnt stopped directly when i stopped turning my head. It was absolutely hard to manage controlling the app even simpel things like starting a video were extremly hard and the videos werent the same too. The view shifted from one point to another without stopping for a few seconds even when i turned my head into the other direction. All in all videos turned in into shaky nighmares, impossible to enjoy. Im not sure if it has something to do with the settings, i changed nothing and the day before the app was absolute perfect and intuitive. The next problem is because of the bad working app i downloaded the videos to watch them with some other vr players, but most of the videos didnt worked correctly. When i started them they stayed in an freezframe. Only one video worked as it should. Not sure what to do, maybe someone have the same problems or an idea how i can fix it.
