StasyQVR 8K and beyond

hook38

We need better quality for StasyQVR videos. They got the most fucking hottests goddesses models ever seen, but their video quality and clarity are bad unfortunately.

metichemsi

No joke, they also need to improve their lighting and exposure, i get they are trying to be all "creative" with dark moods like their non-vr videos but in VR that crappy lighting just looks terrible. Unless they get a VR camera system that can actually handle low light like darkroomvr has, then they should stay away from dark scenes like that.

doublevr

Checking with them. Getting them on 8K for sure as we hacked it really well. Releasing the first scene soon

hook38

doublevr Oh thank you!! Their content is really good! They just need to improve quality and keep the models closer to the camera like in a "reachable" distance most of the time for it to be perfect imo.

hook38

metichemsi Yeah for sure! I really like their scenes. I hope they keep it dark but improve it like darkroomvr did as you said. StasyQ scenes have been more exciting to me than hardcore ones many times thanks to their goddesses models and intimacy!

fenderwq

doublevr can you check with vr edging too? Love their vids but there camera not so much

metichemsi

doublevr The first StasyQVR 8K scene or your first hacked 8k scene? I'm dying to see what you guys did with that camera footage to fix it.

rerun119

metichemsi I'm scared to see what they did. No one has really made it look right so I don't know if I believe it.

metichemsi

rerun119 @doublevr also never answers when we ask about it, but I think their new original scene is their first "hacked" scene since it's 8k again. I'm downloading now, very excited to see what they came up with.

hook38 Totally agree.I have nothing but praise for StasyQ's choice of models, locations and above all their excellent roving camera work. While the picture quality of their videos were pretty much on par with most of the studios for the last 2 years or so,things have moved on now as with other studios. It would be awesome if they do as well as they are one of my top 3 must watch studios.

doowop

Any progress in upgrading Stasyq’s camera rig?

ajaxmatt2

I'm Sure We were promised some improvements and even some AR content yet unsurprisingly no update for ages !. Studio has such potential.

doublevr

doowop we did our best. Everything is up to them now

sylvan

yes never hooked because of the graphic quality

doowop

doublevr Thanks! So you gave them the equipment and expertise and they're still learning how to use it? Or they still haven't upgraded their equipment? If it's the latter and it's because of lack of funds, they should consider crowdfunding it. I would think there are enough of us degenerates who love Stasyq's work to upgrade their gear.

ajaxmatt2

Maybe SLR could do StasyQVR type videos , There are some awesome models in Europe who only do solo
and SLR might do a better job and listen to feedback and respond like StasyQVR don't appear to do.

doowop

ajaxmatt2 Nice idea. Just need Doublevr to hire some good videographer talent. I always thought this guy was talented: https://www.instagram.com/murbovision/?hl=en. He may actually work for Stasyq.

Make it happen Doublevr!

Hello, I signed up with StasyQVR on their web site. It seems like 8k videos are posted on SLR, but not on their site. Am I missing something, or are the higher quality versions just not on their own site?

I guess I'm trying to figure out how badly I want to sign up to SLR for the 8K selection. I can't stream them, I have to download due to slow internet. Are they that much better?

An 8K 'hack' was mentioned earlier in this thread, what is that?

Thanks!

SchnuppiLilac

Rich0 SLR indeed has 8K versions. One of them is the studio master which comes at high bitrates and relatively large files sizes (considering that your internet is very slow). These studio masters probably look a bit better than the 5K videos you get from the website. Unfortunately, the studio uses some old MPEG-4 codec and these files are hardly playable on a Q3 (Heresphere and DeoVR don't support them, Skybox plays them choppy, best results probably with 4XVR).

The other 8K versions (AV1 and HEVC) are compressed versions generated from the 8K studio masters. I am pretty sure that they will not look notably better than the 5K versions from the studio website.
