Interactive script no longer works ...

Hello,
as there is no (or I haven't found) any communication on the subject and the problem has been going on since Friday, but obviously "there's no problem". 🤨
could the SLR staff communicate on the Handy link problem with their videos?
Since Friday 6/2, the interactive script function hasn't worked at all for me, and I'd be surprised if I'm the only one affected ...
I know the problem comes from "The Handy" servers, but here, it doesn't seem to be a problem (or else, please direct me to the topic or the official communication on the subject).
The problem occurs when the script is communicated to the device, and we get the message "error 1001, message buffer is full".
When will this be solved? am I the only one? what should I do if it's only coming from me?

You can try downloading the free version of heresphere. It always works for me every time deovr fails, and yes, it even works every time even when the problem "is on handy's end"......, eventually I bought heresphere.

And again today deovr quit working with the handy error messages, but by simply quitting deo, switching to heresphere, everything was again working fine.

I had same problem few month ago, the handy still worked with the app but not from SLR.
I am lazy so I didn't search for a fix, maybe I should try again to see if it work now.

scrptr9 SLR is using API1, while HS is API2. The issue only affects API1.

We are going to upgrade to API3 once released in coming months

There was a new checkbox in the SLR app that I had to check in settings. Or it was a default that somehow became unchecked. Could that be it?

So your solution is to wait for the API3 integration in several months?
(and here I'm addressing to the staff => you're not really answering my questions)
My main concern is that we're paying to use the interactive scripts and that your software no longer works. I don't plan to buy a 30-buck piece of software for something that used to work.
As it happens, I'm the one who re-launched an old reddit post and I also contacted "The Handy" staff, but was it up to me to do so in the end (and especially to communicate here my feedback to users)?
I understand that the problem didn't originate with SLR, but what procedure have you put in place with the company that manages the distribution of feeds to interactive sex toys?
It's been almost a week now that the problem persists and nothing seems to be happening.
Could you please reassure us and i also want to say that we're paying for a service that doesn't work...
Sorry for the tone, it's just that it's getting a bit tiresome ... (but I know everyone is doing what they can, I'm just asking for more communication and involvement).

No improvement on my side.
I've restarted the pc and the handy, but I still get these looping connections/disconnections.
Error 1001 as before.
Maybe there's something I haven't done yet, but I don't know ...
