In the spirit of internet step-moms and MILFs, I'll suggest Brianna Beach. She been in the industry for a long time but she's really come into her own in the MILF genre. She works a lot with Alex Adams on the Mom Comes First series and those are some of my favourite role-play videos.
No idea how realistic a prospect it is, she seems to be mostly self-publishing these days, but it would be beyond hot to have her in VR.
Her acting in those Alex Adams scenes is insane!
I can only imagine what a thrill it would be to experience that in VR.

I'm going to bump my own suggestion here. Brianna is definitely still shooting for studios, she's recently done another with Alex Adams for Mom Comes First. I would strongly suggest she should be a target for Alex Nash and the Raw Taboo series.
