Hi,
i have searched the forum and found others who have the same problem. But there is no solution....
Situation:
On my Windows 10 PC I download only ONE video with lets say 6GB.
My internet connection has max. 3Mbit.
After 700MB or sometimes 2Gb or 1,5GB... the download just stops. I already tried many times.
The reason for this is that the download links expires. That's how i understand the answers from the support here in the forum. But nobody gives a solution...
So? It's a payed service. But i don't get anything for the money because i have a slow internet connection?
Please give us a solution for this problem!!
