as said by the above poster, fleshlight, some of the sleeve options of the newer devices seem pretty basic and dont have as much of a base to feel against, just a hole. The fleshlight at least has some surrounding material, and even though its not a lot, it still better than nothing. It's just a device that works with a giant assortment of lights out there that some people were already using before any of this VR stuff was even around.
