I truly hope the studio and also people voting take into account the amount of VR scenes some of these actors already have. While it means these girls might be easier to get a hold of and make a scene happen, I personally would much rather see some newer faces from the industry. Like for example the Vixen network has plenty of Euro girls with very few if any VR scenes. Of course it might need some more effort and money 
, and they might not be as experienced as these "VR veterans", but still something to consider.
With this being said, I totally expect names like Rika Fane at the top of the poll, because people usually vote for what they know will work for them.

SchnuppiLilac nice to see Veronica Leal up there but crazy to me that Eden Ivy isn’t there. She speaks really good English, is a really engaging performer and is just ridiculously beautiful. Tattoos may put people off I suppose.
petermc I did not post the results after Rika Fane, so she might be close. I think she's Canadian, which might explain her good English

many people voting arent familiar with all of the girls and end up voting for the names that they are familiar with. the girls who have less exposure because they are newer or have shot for fewer studios have a disadvantage on polls like this.
hopefully the casting director finds a nice balance between established stars and lesser-known hotties.

spacepirate Despite being familiar with every single one of these models, I still voted for the seasoned ones for two straightforward reasons:
1- The oldies are nearing the end of their career and we might never see them again. Therefore, I'm certain that we'll be getting the best experience ever, and if they end their career with a 'Nashterpiece', it will become an all-time classic.
2- The new models are amateurs and more prone to making mistakes, such as not maintaining eye contact with the camera (looking at the male eyes instead), which, IMO, is the worst throw-off mistake that can be made in a scene. I don't want to see a Nashterpiece get ruined by such errors.
- One of the best options still, is to pair one or two of the newcomers with one of the experienced ones, as seen before in "Unusual Trio" which resulted in an incredible scene.
