Update to script creators statistics

Kieshi

Dear creators!

Our team has made a very important update, we are sure you will enjoy.

As of today, statistics are allowing you to see a more detailed report: you can see how each individual script is selling and how much it is earning for you, which will allow you to understand which scripts are more successful and make more informed decisions on what to script next.

You can access these stats from your Statistics tab in your script creator profile.

Also, would like to remind you that you can contact us at scripts@sexlikereal.com to get access to upcoming videos, if you want to create a script that will release at the same day as certain scene.

There are more great things coming soon, stay tuned!

Kieshi One day, we might even get a "REQUEST SCRIPT" button on the video page! I mean - call me crazy - but wouldn't that give "more detailed information" about what vids are ACTUALLY in demand for a script??????

rerun119

Are other scripter able to script SLR videos? I have never seen anybody script SLR videos other than Realcumber. Since you guys don't seem to pay him extra money like Deepinsex or Vredging does to script all their videos. They always get his time. So I just watch their videos and click on SLR to see if something got scripted. They don't.

Viper07

There were supposed to be community scripts for some of the older unscripted SLR videos but only appears to be 2 done so far, I did try the Fifty Shades Of Emma & Lilian script and I have to say that whoever did that script did a brilliant job, I thought it was excellent especially the BJ parts I found to be particularly good! Maybe that person is available to script some more or even some of the more recent videos? Unfortunately I have no idea what his name is! Lol

doublevr

Will65 it's coming

doublevr

rerun119 anyone can script Originals.

doublevr

Viper07 we should show the name as well with upcoming updates

Kieshi

Viper07 there is a script for Charm & Glam 2 coming live today as well 🙂
The script creator for Fifty Shades Of Emma & Lilian is Physx77

The stats update is good.

Another update would be an easy way for a scripter to find the most liked older videos, I have a way but it is tedious.

Another update that would help is a way for a scripter to easily see which videos are already assigned to a scripter (really only talking about SLR orig here). We have a spreadsheet, but that takes a lot of time to go through for the SLR orig scenes, only to end up finding out that none are available.

I have tried to find a recent SLR orig scene to script several times, but from what I could find they were all spoken for by Realcumber. It would be much better to change the spreadsheet to also include a list of the SLR orig scenes that Realcumber is not doing.

The old SLR orig unscripted scenes were all spoken for in December, many months later only a couple have been completed to the approved/released state, scripting is probably harder and more time consuming than most realize.

Viper07

Kieshi Ahh nice I will be trying that one out over the weekend once I'm done with my janitor duties! Lol

scrptr9 Another update would be an easy way for a scripter to find the most liked older videos

As I have pointed out before, this is a bad way to determine what to script. Just because someone liked a video doesn't mean that it is a vote for a script. Some people like vids to remember to watch them. Others like vids by a favorite performer, even if the quality is shit. People like vids who don't even own a syncable sex toy - and I actually think that happens a LOT - so youre making choices about what to script based on how popular it is to the 75% of users out there who don't even use scripts.

All of the scripters should lean hard on @doublevr to enable a REQUEST SCRIPT button on the video page, so that you know which vids script users actually want scripts for instead of having to infer (more accurately guess) what we really want. Sorry, but script users differ from the masses in lots of ways, we look for different things in a video, and relying on that dumb "likes" metric is a waste of time and resources. We've been hearing "it's coming" forever, while they dedicate considerable time and effort to other projects.

Will65

doublevr Thank you for replying, but that has been the standard reply for a very long time. I'd appreciate a stronger commitment and more information.

This is crazy. Absolutely crazy. There are scenes from months ago that I have not watched because of people saying they are going to get scripted. How can someone put their name on the to do list but not do it? This seems like a really bad way of doing it if someone else could and would but can't because of "I called it first".

No wonder no one else ever scripts SLR scenes

doublevr

scrptr9 we are working to get it sorted. looking for more back-end developers and PMs to make things work. The to-do list is huge and it's only getting bigger.

Can we get @RealcumberScripts to take his name off of some of these SLR scenes so @scrptr9 and other scripters can script them?

Two big stars, heavily requested, 3k likes ... and no script.

This is exactly the problem. other studios realize that scripted videos is a bonus for them. They pay the scripter a premium to script their vids first, and let the scripter sell the vids. SLR, on the other hand, won't pay them extra unless they own the scripts. So - no bonus for prioritizing SLR unless they want to give up rights to sell them, which is a loss and thus no incentive for SLR scenes to get scripted first. SLR is happy to charge us to stream the scripts, but they don't want to pay to ensure their own stuff gets done. Another example of coasting on marketplace dominance instead of providing excellent product. It's not Netflix, it's Walmart.

RealcumberScripts

Hi guys - Sorry to hear about some of the comments on this thread

I've been doing a ton of work continually scripting SLR Originals scenes, and behind the scenes work including helping other scripters release scripts and get their scripting level up to par for you guys to enjoy as well, but I understand not everyone is aware of that

I'm not sure what the overall difficulty is though, in particular for @scrptr9 - as the worklog list has always been alphabetically organized, and although I have my name on several in progress, there are several other scripters names on that list working on SLR Originals scenes as well which are clearly labelled
I do agree with @scrptr9 that yes many do not realize how much time and effort it does take to script these and underestimate how long a scene will actually take
Having every single SLR OG scene on the list might be help, but that takes time as well and I think it would be harder to navigate as that list would be quite long

There are actually dozens of outstanding SLR Originals available to script which I have not begun progress on and are still unaccounted for and available for others, and has been that way for awhile

I have also skipped on picking many new SLR Originals for quite some time now, in order to allow other guys to pick them up and to try to script them - they just havent yet been chosen by others regardless

My main concern and hope is that you guys will still find the SLR Originals scenes scripted by others, still up to par, as SLR Originals really aren't easy and script quality can often vary significantly

(From my experience over the years, they are often the most time consuming and difficult to script, due to their length, and often obstructed views)

All of this will be a moot point eventually anyways with the new multi-script feature soon rolling out for you guys which should hopefully help reduce (not increase) any complaints

rerun119 Can we get @RealcumberScripts to take his name off of some of these SLR scenes so @scrptr9 and other scripters can script them?

Yes sure, if that is what you wish @rerun119

https://www.sexlikereal.com/scenes/raw-taboo-unusual-trio-31812 had some good progress on this one, but no worries, I've now removed this from my worklog for you
https://www.sexlikereal.com/scenes/her-first-time-anal-31862 = no longer in progress
https://www.sexlikereal.com/scenes/my-dirty-laundry-3-32509 = my name was not on that one

https://www.sexlikereal.com/scenes/raw-taboo-anal-virgin-32683 = initially had that in progress, but will give up on that one as it was already difficult and time consuming
https://www.sexlikereal.com/scenes/balls-in-the-basket-32806 = also well in progress, but also a really long tough one - now removed now as requested

spacepirate

RealcumberScripts I've been doing a ton of work continually scripting SLR Originals scenes

RealcumberScripts I have also skipped on picking many new SLR Originals for quite some time now

so which is it?

Will65

spacepirate It is easily both. Scripters, too, are affected by the poor production quality and gonzo-ridiculous nature of most of the recent scenes, and they complain about the same things script users do: poor positioning, obstructed views, grinding instead of stroking, lack of VRporn friendly and script friendly positions. Unfortunately, the two studios that address these issues responsively, courteously, and consistently also have problems with their scripting: BaDoink is a model for script friendly high-quality production, but doesn't offer it on their site and doesn't particiapte in SLR's Walmart of Porn marketplace, so no one scripts them due to lack of income stream. Ditto CzechVR, who offers unlimited downloads of scripts for free with a sub (thus no additional marketplace) but their scripter is 3 or 4 months behind and seems to script in order, falling ever farther behind.

I wish RealCumber would strike a deal with those two studios. It almost feels like his exceptional talent and work ethic is wasted and unappreciated here.
