Trust me it wasn't easy, and it was quite a lot of money given my income, but you guys have won me over with your attitude. As someone who's been using various hardware and software products since the year 2000, I very rarely see a developer or manufacturer ask questions such as: "hey so now that you've used our X or Y product, how difficult was it to install it? How long did it take you to finish the whole setup? What can we do to make the onboarding process much quicker and easier?".
You might or might not succeed in making installation easier and quicker for customers, but it's the attitude, the mere fact that you care, means a lot to a lot of people. These people will remember you for it and won't hesitate to ignore your flaws, take your side and say positive things about you to others who haven't bought your products yet.
I wish more companies understood this.
