  • App 13.8 released (Cast line, Keyboard update)

jojo1111 Hey it is really hard to understand your setup, can you please write it like this: "I use a dell laptop, Deovr Steam version and my headset is Vive Elite"
Please change what is wrong.

          It doesn't let me click any of those. Spinning 3 dots just keep spinning and I can't click any of it. I have to just click the x in the corner and close it out.

              Sandi_SLR With DeoVR 13.8 on Q2, it still takes half a minute from starting the app until you can use SLR which can feel like eternity. Approx. 20 sec of Deo logo + another 10 sec of spinning dots. I think this behaviour started in January with 13.6. Any chance this might improve in a future release?

                      SchnuppiLilac I constantly test on my Q2 and its never 20 seconds of logo, will measure it today to be sure. For the spinning dots we are working on a caching that should speed it up.

                          Sandi_SLR Thanks for your response. Based on this, I have re-installed DeoVR and start-up time has improved a lot, maybe now 10 sec max. So the problem was apparently on my end.

                            Not much to record. I am having the same issue.
                            I open the app and it immediately checks for updates and then asks if I am over 18. At that point it is stuck loading with the 3 dots and I can't click anything.
