I'd say a good 90% of the time, I hate it.

I do think context matters a little. If you've watched a performer for years and then they reach 25 and it feels like they got hit with a plastic surgery bazooka so they can start doing MILF scenes, it's jarring and I can't think of a single example of when they came out looking better to me. Dani Jensen immediately comes to mind. She went from one of my all time favs to someone I ignore now. It feels like an inevitability with most girls that stick around long enough - Ember Snow, Jennifer White, Emma Hix, Val Steele. I keep waiting for Aria Lee or Lacy Lennon to break my heart next. I generally treat the moment they get fake boobs as their retirement and just stick to watching older scenes.

On the other hand, someone like Jewelz Blu or Charly Summer, who either got surgery before they started or almost immediately, it's a little less bothersome because they didn't go way too big for their frame and I didn't really see much of them before. Still very obviously fake but they're not instant skips for me either.

Then there are complete outliers that I can't make sense of. Angelina Valentine looked like a stylized drawing come to life, the complete opposite of my type, but still did something to me. Probably because she was so different than my usual. Variety is good.

I do wish we got more natural older women. India Summer is damn near 50 and still a smokeshow. I've met a lot of hot MILFs. They have wrinkles. They don't have comically huge fake boobs. But the opposite has become the industry standard somehow.

      Will65 Outside of Dani, Kleio Valentin was the most dramatic one to me. Short hair Kleio was a dead ringer for an old friend of mine and now she looks like a completely different human being.

        I checked "no, never", because I feel there's an arousal I'll forever have at the sight of natural breasts regardless of size that I never get from fake breasts.
        So, if we're talking about breasts itself, no I never like fake breasts. But just to be clear, my vote is in no way a "no, never" for the pornstar herself. She may have a lot of other qualities or features like charisma, well-toned abs, seductiveness, long legs, etc. I just avoid looking at their breasts and focus on those other qualities.

        You can feel free to share your opinion as long as it's respectful and not personally insulting or degrading to the performers. For example, "I prefer natural tits" would be totally fine. Here's a relevant post to clarify further.

        My personal preference would also be that you try a little bit less hard to play the hypothetical victim, but I recognize that might be asking too much so I'll try my best not to ban you if you slip.

          I never download or watch any movie with fake tits. And only 5 or 10% with nipples or tongue piercing (but I always end up deleting them because it is turn off for me).

          • Some cosmetic surgery isnt visible (a nose job for example) - so that is fine for me.
          • Even some boob jobs are not clearly visible IMHO.

              I hate to see a natural big busty model getting surgery to reduce her boob size , I have seen a few models who looked stunning with their natural boobs only to look awful after surgery.

                I like it if they're done well, which to me means if it's not overdone for the bodytype and don't look too much like they're unnaturally "bolted on". I'm usually way more into all natural types but there are exceptions as in rare cases I think big fake tits can improve the look.

                Biggest exception for me being Jennifer Mendez, they're perhaps slightly too big now but she's gotten way hotter with the fakes than before when she was all natural. The big fakes if slightly too large they still really fit her wide hips bodytype.

                On the more extreme end with the bimbofication-style it can be either really terrible or great depending on how well it was done. I'm not exactly a fan of the bimbo-style some girls are going for with way too much butt and lip-injections etc. But for example Kitana Montana still looks attractive to me, even more so than in her early scenes. Although I really hope she doesn't go any larger with the fake boobs and injections. She's now at the limit of what still looks hot to me.

                Unfortunately the girls going for the real bimbofication style often go way over the top, like for example Tanya Virago has gone a bit too far for my taste...

                But I usually all-natural is my preference and with most girls I'm often sad when they choose to get fake tits, like with Valerica Steele she had that small sexy bodytype down and really didn't need fake tits. I watch her for her crazy horny intensity and petite bodytype so the implants don't improve that look. Thankfully she didn't get gigantic ones though so I'll still watch her stuff.

                I see Kenna James was already mentioned, definitely another case where I just don't understand why... the tall tinytits blonde look was exactly what made her popular and the implants didn't do her any favors. I do think the porn industry is to blame for pushing girls into getting implants when it's clearly not needed. It's like they are stuck in a mindset of 10-15 years ago that implants will get girls more jobs/views/fans.

                    Im seeing more and more women get surgeries that only women without that body type would typically get. I just found out that Claudia Bavel got lipo. Her body was so perfect.. I dont understand who told her that it was a good idea.. surgery is a turn off.. the only type of surgery that im ok with is a boob job.. other than that liposuction, ass injection, ass implants, or brazilian butt lifts look atrocious to me. At this point surgeons do not know how to make them look natural afterwards so until then i really hate it when models get surgeries
