alexnash I don't know the names of the different camera. The highest resolution that the SLR camera goes to is 2900 fpi (I think that is what it means) for a scene. The 8K camera goes to something like 4000 fpi. The second Nash Magazine scene goes to 3072 fpi resolution
I assume that means it's a different third camera that you shot that scene with. I have never seen the 8K or SLR scenes stop at 3072.
I hope that makes sense.

alexnash That is coming up on SLRO thought. Foursome with Blake Blossom, Angel Youngs and Tru Kate as a pilot. The actions are in the limo then in the air, then on the ground scene. It's spectacular and connected to 2 other scenes with Blake and Angel. Those girls will get you into high mile club with a style!
We bit the record for VR videos shot or even maybe to the flats tooIt was tough by many reasons but we did it!
I admire the ambition and connecting scenes Alex! Sounds like you guys really pushed yourselves for these scenes. Blake even puked for her craft!

spacepirate Unfortunately I don't know when I be able to shoot her anytime soon as 3 scenes with her have already been shot and one I see now is coming up with another producer. If you want me to shoot her, let me know and I'll try my best to book her.

For example a suggestion of a future series could star a MILF (think Lexi Luna/Aiden Ashley/Sarah Vandella/Krissy Lynn/Lauren Phillips/Larkin Love/Isabelle Deltore) as stepmom in a well-thought fam storyline (see reddit for ideas, I know they are probably fake but can be good starting points for a series). You can go from a solo scene/prelude gentle teasing to BJ to fullblown sex, then 3+somes)
Same can be done with a teen/younger star as stepsis/stepdaughter (Madison Wilde/Molly Little/Spencer Bradley)...

spacepirate Sorry for the questions but I don't understand any of the technical stuff. Why does SLR keep their scenes at 2900 if they could go to 3072? I do think for whatever reason the 2900 by SLR usually look better than the 3072 by other studios. Is there an upside to keeping it smaller? If there is then why would they edit @alexnash scene at 3072 out of nowhere? It just didn't look as good as they normally do with that camera.
I feel like it would have looked better if they would have just done what they always do.

What is going on with the SLR editer?
I watched the whole scene and could not figure out how the 2 stories were related at all. They said nothing that made you understand how you were back with Blake or even what you were doing at your house.
If Nash really did have it in there and they just cut it out then this whole SLR system is a mess. That is the whole point in making 2 scenes back to back with Blake. If you watch both scenes, They are two completely different scenarios. In one Blake is taking pictures for a magazine. In the other she picks up a magazine and that is about the whole connection of the two.
rerun119 theres nothing technically stopping anyone from taking footage thats in a lower resolution and scaling up to a higher resolution. you dont get any additional quality by doing it though so its pointless. upscaling generally lowers quality vs keeping at the same resolution it was filmed at.
the "6k" camera they use records at 2772p resolution natively, so even the 2900p slr originals scenes are upscaled a bit.
as for why they chose to upscale that vid by a larger amount... idk. historically their editors havent been very consistent. there are frequent technical flaws with their work that most people dont notice.
