  • SLR on DEO very slow/unusable

I wrote a separate email to support but will add this here to see if others had similar experience. My issue is the SLR site (using DEO on Quest2) has been having many issues lately and is becoming unusable. Others have commented on the playlist issues on forums so i wont repeat. But now for me, when i load the app it takes like 5-10 minutes to load the main page. And similarly when i go from playlist to playlist or page 1 to page 2, 5-10 minute delay. and when i load a playlist the first few icons appear and the rest take another 5-10 minutes.

I love the site but if the streaming functionality is not usable it is not worth paying the monthly fee. Can I expect a quick resolution of these issues? Is it a website issue or a local issue on my end? I know for certain it is not an internet speed issue.

Same here. Last week or two.

DEO on a Quest 1. I have a handy linked to my account if that makes any difference.

    On Q2, it currently takes me about 20 sec to start up Deo and then another 10 sec for the SLR main page to load. This was definitely better a few releases ago. Can't say for sure which release number, but I think performance issues started with 13.6 or the release that introduced the white rectangle behind the Deo logo. I am also seeing the spinning dots a lot but rather for 5 seconds than 5 minutes. And from time to time thumbnails won't load but that seems to be only a temporary issue.
