Could you please help me? Few weeks ago I refunded 1 out of 3 purchased videos. All 3 scenes were deleted from my library during the refund proces. I was assured that the remaining 2 videos that weren't refunded by me will be returned to my account.
I received first email from support staff on 27/02. After several emails back informing about this issue NOT being resolved I still didn't receive any response and my issue is still NOT resolved.
It is now 09/03 and the videos that I paid for are still not available for me.
