Videos not going to playlists I create

I'm a huge fan of the playlists and they have really helped to organize the massive library of content how I like. But I just noticed a video I added to a playlist shows the checkmark that it's in the playlist, but when I go to the playlist it's not there. Then I tested it with a few other videos and many of them are not showing up in my playlists, they're only showing a checkmark as if they are in the playlists.

I'm using Quest 2 with latest Deo update.

Really hope there's a solution or a fix for this, because it's gonna be a big headache trying to keep track of and organize all my favorite content if the playlists feature remains this unreliable.

I've noticed this, but it always seemed to just be a sorting/updating issue. Some scenarios:

-If I'm browsing the site on my PC to add videos to my playlists, it usually takes awhile for videos added to the playlists on PC to show up on my profile on my Quest 2.

-If I add a video to the playlist from any source, it doesn't always add it to the first or last page, but if I choose a random sorting option and then go back to showing the most recently added videos, it'll now show up where it should be.

At least for me, the video has always been successfully added to the playlist, but the site has some finicky quirks and doesn't always display these changes properly or timely.
