Thank you guys for your suggestions, just a quick note: I prefer girls that I have not shot in AD series yet. Also scenario preferably more of a "Trip to Manilla" scene or s specific "trip" + travel vide or a traditional experience scenarios. Looking forward hearing your wishes and thoughts on this.

As for scenarios, here's a handful of Asian scenarios with modern themes that I already had in my folder. I'll post some traditional themed ideas later this week:
Maid Cafe: You’re eating at a maid cafe when your clumsy waitress drops your order all over your pants, so you have to remove them. The head maid arrives and makes sure that the other maids show you proper “service” so that you’re a satisfied customer
K-Pop group: The girls have finally debuted as a succesful group and they want to show their appreciation to the fan that’s been there since the beginning — you. The girls can be decked out in k-fashion or music style outfits, and are happy to demonstrate their “dance moves” and "vocals”
Boba shop: Did you know that the word boba derives from the Chinese word for breasts? The scene takes place in a boba store and you have some fun with the workers and the other customers.
Sailor Senshi: The girls are cosplaying as the sailor guardians from sailor moon. Just please don’t have them wear the wigs, the wigs are goofy
Dragon Ball Z Hyperbolic Time Chamber: So it’s the hyperbolic time chamber, but you’re training sexual stamina instead of strength and this is a really bad idea so I’m going to stop elaborating

I feel like the tricky thing about scenarios for Asian scenes in general is that there's a lot of diversity, and so a lot of studios will just end up using stereotypes or mash together different cultural elements. Like if you have a Latina scene, it's likely the only second language would be Spanish, but there could be several with an Asian scene
That being said, here's some more traditionally themed scenario ideas:
- Yakuza: If the girls are down, you could have them apply some big yakuza style temporary tattoos. You could even do it as a before/after thing, where they "transform" into gangsters partway through the scene
- Shibari: Girls could be wearing shibari chest ties under their clothes
- Hot Spring: Super common JAV theme, girls in the bath, or wearing yukata
- Traditional martial arts: girls could use the belts to tie each other up for some mild bondage
- Traditional calligraphy class: girls could use the brushes as toys, body writing is also an option
- Race Queen: Another common JAV concept, the costumes girls wear at car shows
- Mahjong
- Go (board game)
- Tea Ceremony
Misc costume/prop ideas:
- Sheer Kimonos: Prestige has a JAV series with these
- Japanese clogs
- Fundoshi: Japanese underwear
- Cheongsam: Chinese style dress
- Ao Yem: Vietnamese style shirt
- Space buns
- Traditional ceramics: as a prop to pour lube from
- Sushi Roulette: A game where everybody eats a piece of Sushi at the same time, but one of the pieces is full of wasabi. Could be used for a truth or dare style concept
