That line above the download links isn't actually a timer that goes down. Unless you reach zero downloads remaining, it will always say 144 hours left. Once you get to zero I think that line (or was it a pop-up? I forgot..) will show when you can download again, it'll show hours left until your oldest timer expires (because each scene # download has its own timer, so you essentially have 30 download slots with a timer for each).
But I think timers can reset a bit earlier than it will show. Because afaik the timers get reset around midnight (server time) for all timers that should expire in the next 12~24 hours or something like that. Not entirely sure on the details there but from dev comments I've seen iirc each timer should theoretically expire a bit earlier than 144 hours. Probably somewhere between 120 to 144 hours.
I do wish there was a way to look at your download-slots + timers with their downloaded scenes linked, perhaps under user profile...
