While we wait for a headset with actual decent full color stereoscopic pass-through cameras, it would be great if you could help us with the current headsets we use. I had an idea for your video player to let us "layer" either an additional video or photo as a background to play behind your passthrough videos. This way, we could either film our own backgrounds if we have our own vr camera or be able to download different background videos or images online. That way we can already start to experience the best pass through experience while we wait for actual good headsets. You can turn this feature into a whole community effort where those of us who do have either a VR camera or know how to render CGI can create and share backgrounds to the community. It can be a way to also grow and even monetize users who won't necessarily be uploading porn content. Imagine wanting to watch one of your passthrough scenes but from the perspective of a public park in France right infront of the eiffel tower or from the Santa Monica pier in the middle of the day. Live passthrough is cool but very limiting, yea seeing the action from our bedroom is cool the first time, even with the current limited headsets, but it will quickly get old. Help us make this feature so that we can really take passthrough to the next level. I own a vr camera and have already started to test this manually by throwing the scene on premiere and then just keying my own personal footage and it looks 100x better than normal passthrough with a quest 2. If you can make this feature part of your playback functionality it would be gamechanger. Hit me up if you want me to expand further bit I think this should be pretty self explanatory.
