  • VR porn needs a Blacked-like studio.

VR porn lacks of variaty.
All the scenes are extremely similar to each others and the sensation is limited on a long-run basis.

The problem is that most companies don't want to change their habits to evolve the VR industry.
If we pick a performer and look at her scenes through different studios, we won't see major differences.
Each studio has the same goal of getting that girl in her website but they are duplicating the same scene over and over again.

As a matter of fact, everything becomes so predictable that the pleasure could only decrease in the long term and people become aware of limits of VR porn.

The vast majority don't want to move away from 2d porn because it offers more way to enjoy porn.
Almost 40 pourcent of the most popular porn in 2D are interracial, which is a huge number of viewers that will be stuck in the 2D because after a many years, VR porn has not provided anything that will make them decide to switch to VR.

Blacked became so popular at one point because it offers something that was unique and outstanding in many ways.
It is the first time, Porn made in LA did not look "cheap". The casting was outstanding, the location was classy, the acting was at a higher standard and nobody expect them to come up with those exclusive pairings.
All people might not like it and I'm neutral on that but we have never seen that much people on the internet or in real life talking about a porn website like that.
Most female performers got to porn with the hope of shooting for "blacked" one day. I don't know if it is for the money but it has became by far one of the most followed porn site on twitter.

If one day, someone decides to create something alike in VR with that much ambition, it will be a reference in the VR porn sphere.

I never understood the hype. Most of what that studio outputs feels painfully sterile. They are just as guilty as anyone of doing the same scene over and over.

If the greater issue is getting more non-white male performers in VR, I generally agree.

I was mainly discussing on how they get on the top of the industry so it does not necessarly take their current work into consideration. I agree on the lack of innovation since they have changed directors and it's going backwards.
Nonetheless, the Vixen studio is still by far the best studio in terms of booking the best models, location ... The only one that looks like high-budget production.
The image quality is still the best in the 2D industry ,not by far anymore but they were the one who brought HD porn to a new level.
Most LA based companies start to get inspiration from the Vixen group but they are far behind in terms of artistic direction. Only some european companies could compete on the artistic aspects but the level has dropped a lot.

What VR porn needs is a studio that do not have any restrictions in terms of production.

People watch porn because they are striving to get as much pleasure as possible.
Moderation is not enough to exite people in the long term, they should be able to find everything in VR, not 1000 scenes that are similar to each other.

All models should dream to shot for a VR porn as much as a Vixen site.

There will be a producer who will be smart enough to understand something than others might not and it will take the lead. That company will be more prolific in a much shorter period of times, while companies who stay in the comfort zone will spend years for being less lucrative.
