It was fine last night, but now my account is blocked. I got this email, but I never cancel my account, and I even got charged 3 days ago on paypal...

"This message is to confirm that your membership has been cancelled. You will no longer be billed for the following product:

Last charge and date: USD12.99 on 2023-02-05 12:02am
Your membership to the website will continue until 2023-03-05 3:03am. Thank you for using our online cancellation service!"

    There's quite a few different possible explanations, but in order to confirm the exact reason the support team will need to look up your account with info that you don't want to post here (such as your email).

        I was so looking forward to this weekend too, then my account got blocked for no reason...lol
