I have a suggestion: Please add male speech to (some?) of your SLRO scenes for way more storytelling possibilities and better role-playing immersion.

Small studio "Taboo VR porn" already does it and it works wonders for immersion for me (not for everyone, obviously, but for me). Sooooo much better and hotter, that Macy scene lately was a real burner with that kind of verbal interaction involved.

Life selector has been doing male speech for their POV scenes for years and it works great. Every scene is at least introduced with some "male inner voice" giving you proper information about the setting and everything.

I can even imagine that you might offer two soundtracks for your scenes in the future to choose from: one with male speech and one without.

I generally prefer the dude be silent but only because so many guys in porn have awful dialogue and sound like absolute creeps. Filthy Rich ruins every scene he's in because he never ever shuts the fuck up.

LifeSelector does this pretty well because you can tell it's added after the fact, they clearly do several takes, and the guy has a pretty neutral voice. I wouldn't be opposed to them trying something like that.

Honestly, I'll take anything at this point that will make the setups and stories more interesting.

But i always thought it be better for voice in so the male model could direct the sex action, tell her stuff like, arch your back baby, yeah twerk faster, turn around let me seem them beautiful eyes, squeeze your tits, pull on your nipples, bark meow, snore make horse noise....lol OK not all that 🤣

But these directions can be called out by the male model if needed.

I'm down for male voice in vr 👍. Some will not like that idea tho. You know cuz the breaking "immersion" thing. 🤷‍♂️

I'm not really down for male voices, because I'm not gay...

However, I think SLR could do a better job for their male talent...

1) Include the actor's name as a searchable facet, since women and gay dude would probably want to search for male pornstars, and SLR will probably, at some point in the future, feature more gay content for that niche.

2) Hire better pornstars. Personally, I prefer solo content because I find dicks to be a major turn off in these scenes. Solos, with dildo or hand, are best, rather than that stupid doll or a vibrator. But, at the very least hire experienced, non-creepy pornstars, instead of these creepy young guys covered in tats...

It's a tough one. We had talking in our "Casting" scene with Tiana Blow, but it wasn't super well received. Maybe too much talking or the timing of it.

I (personally) agree on talking being a valuable plot-driver/storyline tool for into segments though, but obviously depends on the scene and premise.

You shouldn't just do what the big majority apparently wants with every scene. I thought the point of a network was that there is stuff for everyone.

I'll never understand statements like "We've done this once and there were some people not happy with it so we'll probably never do it again.", especially not for networks with a dedicatd broad appeal. Maybe there are a lot of people not happy with someting but some people definitely are. Giving them something to enjoy every now and then is benefitial for your network to keep these people on board....

Of course it always depends on the fit and execution.

That's why I tell you guys that you should take a look at how Life Selector is doing it. They know their stuff, believe me, and it's obviously working for them like a charm. So I don't know why it shouldn't work in at least some scenes for you guys. 😉

I remember mentioning on Reddit that I really liked the Evie Rees Originals scene and the team that filmed it replying "it did low numbers so she's never ever coming back". That scene went up long before I'd ever even joined the site.

I think part of the reason the site keeps going in a million different directions is because they feel compelled to abandon anything that doesn't immediately hit.
