Any document workflow automation Pro's?

Sorry for bringing it here.

Curious if there is a way to automate Originals production documentation.

Every scene begins with all the performers signing model releases and related documents before we start shooting. We would like to have them e-sign docs on the set and get them all signed on our master acc. We use ReMarkable, but it only stores it locally with no cloud storage option.

All we need is ReMarkable with Cloud. Any suggestions on that? There will be like 6 production teams using it. Every signed document has to be double checked in headquarters.

Pick up a few Onyx Boox e ink tablets instead of reMarkable. They are android based, so you can install DriveSync from the Play Store.

Hell, a quick Apps Script could even auto populate a spreadsheet to track who has and hasn't signed etc. You can email me and I'll throw together for you sometime

Would something like DocuSign be a more logical choice here? They have a decent workflow process and cloud portal for docs.

Yep, I think that would be a pretty solid solution. If your looking to save a buck or not into apple eco system the Samsung tablets are not to bad if your just going to be signing docs. good luck with it!

Not having a reMarkable but I am seeing ads all the time. They offer a cloud storage service called Connect for a few extra bucks

DocuSign is the leader in CLM software by far, fwiw remarkable isn’t even on the Gardner magic quadrant. If you want to see the MQ you can view it here I’d look at anyone in the leaders quadrant.
