Pussy for censoring

Sex tracking for automated script creation. Body movement tracking should contribute it too.

Background separation is to meant every video passthrough.

Follow updates. Some cool stuff is coming.

LordCrash I think the idea is to use machine learning to automate pussy tracking, etc for JAV censoring, so it doesn't have to be keyframed manually. Would speed up the workflow, allowing for quicker turnarounds on releases. There's a lot of data that has to be processed to get to that point, but once it works well, it's a game changer.

And why should I care? How does this make my porn any better? How is that "cool stuff"?

Will save money for SLR, got it. Good job anyone, your banker is very satisfied. Game changer for the profit rate.

Still don't understand why the original post reads like something somebody wrote while being completely wasted...

LordCrash the tracking for automated script creation is particularly concerning. The reason why people liked SLR scripts over the stuff NA and Wankz put out is the detail put into the scripts themselves. For example when a woman is deepthroating adding a little shake for emphasis, or even the length of stroke. I've tried automated scripts, they're terrible.

LordCrash And why should I care?

My honest answer? No one asked you specifically to care. Other people care. If you don't enjoy JAV and don't want to see more of it, then this isn't for you, and that's fine.

I don't know whether you use haptics, but the same data collection will be used to automate script generation, so more scenes can be scripted more quickly. It's currently a massive time suck to do it manually, and they could script so many more scenes with automation. (That's the second part he was referring to.)

Again, if it's not for you, groovy. But there are people, myself included, who are very excited about how this tech can be used to further our creative goals.

bobbytables I can't speak for the team, but my understanding is that it can be used to do a first pass, then have a human scripter do their adjustments. It's just a tool to speed things up and remove the "grunt work" from the process.

For example, in my video editing software there are tools to recognize shot changes in source video and to mark rhythms in music. I wouldn't use those to decide on actual edits, but they allow me to focus more on the creative and less on tedious bullshit.

Also, the point is that they're collecting massive datasets so their automation would be better than the current automation. I don't want shitty, lazy scripts either. 😃

Mutiny No one asked you specifically to care.

I thought this was the whole point of the thread, to make people care and cherish SLR for their data efforts. So I shared my feedback about the stuff that is praised as "cool stuff" (well, parts of it and tbh my initial post was just mocking the OP for creating a pointless thread with funny pointless words...)

Mutiny But there are people, myself included, who are very excited about how this tech can be used to further our creative goals.

Automation increases creativity? I guess you mean efficiency.

Mutiny It's currently a massive time suck to do it manually

          ...as it should be...

LordCrash Automation increases creativity? I guess you mean efficiency.

I meant what I said. This is why assistant editors exist. To have someone handle the tedious work so the experienced editor can focus on creative. Automation is just an assistant who doesn't need smoke breaks.

Mutiny Which confirms my statement that it's about money. You don't need to hire somebody for doing stuff. I understand that you, as a producer, like that kind of stuff. Me, as a customer, not so much. Simple.

LordCrash The assumption you're making is that they'll pocket the difference and not use the proceeds to create more/better releases. I'm assuming that they'll do the latter. We'll see who's right.
