  • Oculus Quest 2 - Height Adjustment Problems

Hello,

I am owner of an Oculus Quest 2 VR.
I watch SLR with the DeoVR App inside the oculus.

When I started I had many nice Videos on great adjustment.

Now nearly every Video is way to high above me. Or not in position.

Cowgirl is literally at the high of my head/neck.

Roomscale is setup to my regular room height

Settings isn't helping because the pitch of the video totaly chrases what results into a demorphed Girl.

Several.other positions are working with several adjustments.

Any thoughts any help? Please.

Greetings T.

Sandi_SLR hi, yes with oculus quest button and with deo VR in App Button (app on oculus quest)
Have to mention: I watch SLR on the DeoVR App on the oculus Quest 2 as stand alone , got no Ocukus Link PC

T666666 changed the title to Oculus Quest 2 - Height Adjustment Problems .

Sounds like you might have that 3dof on, check if the slider is up to max, but you can turn it all the way down or just turn the switch off up top.

Also might wanna try going to where the settings are for zooming and pitch are, maybe "hit restore to default" at the bottom, maybe you some how set the settings to a default preset. πŸ€”

If none of that works, try Un installing deo and reinstall. πŸ‘

Vrsumo2017 okay thank you for now, I'll check and reply here πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘
First of all, Settings are on default, cuse I got to adjust them for nearly every cowgirl video in high and slide.
Or for other stuff too because of the base view position.

T666666 Roomscale is setup to my regular room height

By roomscale at room height, are you referring to the visible border of your guardian area? I understand the border should appear on the floor and not at the ceiling. Maybe worth a try, not sure though if this is related to your problem.

SchnuppiLilac T666666 This also sounds like something to do with the setup stage to me. Like it is setting your head height at the ceiling.

Stupid question but can’t you just tilt the camera to the correct position for you? Unless you’re talking about passthrough of course.

Think i found out what it might be, and I didn't know quest 2 had this...

Go to oculus menu go to settings, go to accessibility, go to mobility, and make sure that adjust height not on.

I didn't know it had that, but try that maybe sum how you put it on. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

        Hopefully thats the problem.
