I want to pay with Paypal (before I did with Credid Card) , I switch to that option but I always been aks for my Credid Card detail and no Paypal window opens....any ideas ?

The PayPal option that most adult sites use is via a biller, not direct with Paypal, and I believe there are certain country restrictions for who can and cannot use it. Thus, if it doesn't show, you may be in a country that is unable to pay with that method.
