Would you go for two-axis over a legacy stroker?

We are about to finalize if we want SLR sex toy to be two-axis beast or come up with a perfect connectivity legacy stroker. Likely moving release dates from Oct 2023 to around April 2024.

All the current SLR scripts will be compatible with two-axis sex toy. We will be releasing multi-axis scripts on SLR for OSR and SR6 early 2023.

How about a two-axis that has perfect connectivity? Are those mutually exclusive?

To be frank, I would probably buy anything SLR puts on the market. I've had at least a dozen interactive toys over the years and currently have about six or eight--and I rarely use any of them.

But I like trying new ones, so I'd buy yours as well, as long as it's easy to connect.

@doublevr can you better define what is meant by multi-axis stroker and legacy?

In my experience legacy means as it exists now (which will be in the past when a new feature/product is released.)

And I personally have seen several threads touting multi-axis support but nothing explaining what it is or why I should care. So personally I can’t make a choice as to which would be better.

Makes perfect sense to me. Mulit-axis means having more than one dimension of movement, duh.
Two or more axis would make me consider buying. I'd prerer the extra axis being spin/twist. It could also be vibration.

I also wish there was still a toy out there that could do that long infinity stroke effect like that og duel-belt style stroker bot. Forgot it's name, never got a chance to try one. But seem it like that would feel awesome. There must be a patent preventing any similar strokers from happening. 😞

What are the two axis? I think we know the one axis but what is the second one?
Plus we still don't know what a legacy stroker is.

And that is exactly why I asked this question.

In my mind multi-axis means adding the z axis to the movement. (ie. front back to up/down.). Twisting and vibrating still happen on the same plane so those aren’t what I thought of when I heard multi-axis support.

Personally I’ve never liked the twisting or vibrating attributes (which is what I would have assumed they were named) so, as long as there’s a disable function I’m good.

spacepirate I have seen ones that go up/down and front/back. I have seen ones that go up/down and left/right so it could be any of those

Yes two axis is definitely the way to move in development. Immersion is the name of the game. Imagine how grinding would be with a girl gyrating on top of you with two axis motion?

Legacy strokers are one axis Handy, Keon, etc.

Two axis adds twist to stoking. That's something we are trying to achieve

theres enough one axis strokers on the market that have their limit on how good the experience can be,
two axis is another level of experience and there is none on the market that is a consumer grade commercial product.

If you can combine the stimulation and stroking action of an SR6 with the ease of use and convenience of The Handy.

Then you guys might be onto the single greatest invention since electricity.

if you want to stand out multi axis is best bet, to be honest if was single axis i would be buying since it will be kind of the same experience as a handy
I also recommend releasing cad files of the outer casing of a device make it easier for 3d printing modding community can create some fun addons. Handy has benefited from this i have 3d printed items that I have design and have also downloaded.

Sperson nevermind, I get it now, up down is all on the y axis and adding rotation in is adjusting the x axis.

Once we establish essential hardware infrastructure will add a stroker into product line. Should be a faster iteration as we are working on it in parallel.
