I submitted a request through your online refund request from clicking help / billing support / request refund on Nov 29th and I have not heard anything from anyone yet. Ticket 30221 - I appreciate you guys may be short staffed or busy but I would have thought (perhaps incorrectly) I'd have heard back from someone by now.
Can someone please get back to me by responding to that ticket please asap. Thanks guys.
