I have some basic video editing skills but I would love to start messing around with VR PMV's.
Is there a guide out there? Or any special type of software we need aside from the video editor?

duesoup we have made slr originals available for compilations https://forum.sexlikereal.com/d/1534-make-your-own-compilations-with-slr-originals
Editing is on you
Keep in mind to use Originals only
duesoup The video files you download from here can be edited in an NLE just like any other footage. I use DaVinci Resolve, for example. (Just keep in mind that these are massive files so you'll want to use a proxy workflow. I have a pretty beefy gaming computer I edit on but I still cut with 1080 proxies so it's buttery smooth.)
The other tip I'd share is to think about how the subjects are moving in 3D space as well as the timing of your cuts to the music. Sudden focal point shifts can be disorienting -- which can be used to great effect -- but you want to stay in control of it.
Also be aware you need to have the rights to any music you use if you want to share your cuts here.
Happy editing!

I canโt emphasize enough how awesome it can be to be jolted and surprised into something hot, especially on musical lifts and climaxes. Case in point is Mutinyโs first dream team video. The music is building to a crescendo and then it crashes into a hotter and stronger beat and in perfect time to that happening weโre jolted into Delilah and Apryl passionately kissing. It is one of the hottest VR moments for me all year, and that PMV is just full of them.
Mutiny, we need more (and longer) harem music videos โฆ please
