Hey, I sent a support ticket 5 or 6 days ago and still nobody has gotten to it so hopefully someone here can take a look at it. I was gonna cancel my subscription but it charged me really early in the morning so i didnt even have a chance that day. I cancelled it and requested a refund but it charged my account still and I have not gotten a single response since. I hope someone can take a look at it please.
I love the site but currently having financial troubles and can't keep a subscription for now.
