You can use it on other vr vids too, move it to right if you ever feel a scale looks kinda small, but move it by using the - + to click ...do a click look at the screen, needs more do another click, look at screen...looks good 
Don't move sliders cuz it moves to fast.

You cant save at a higher reso than 4k with capcut?
I finally got the time to used capcut on some of my favorite videos, man, this shit is fucking insane! I need to get pico 4, the black and white passthrough on the quest 2 is killing the immersion.
I wonder if there are better program out there that can remove the background without the jagged edges around the person.
Recently, I found a tutorial on youtube, explaining how to replace video backgounds with a green picture. The example video was flat with a guy talking in front of a static background, so not much movement. Basically, the guy was streaming the video from OBS into Zoom, let Zoom replace the background in real time and then recorded the Zoom video feed with the new green background in a second instance of OBS. It's quite simple to set this up and I tried a few VR videos (not the recording part). However, it did not work out very well. First of all, the background replacement was different in the right and left parts of the VR video. And while it may have looked great for a moment, most of the time body parts were disappearing and reappearing.
SchnuppiLilac thats probably not going to work in realtime on an 8K (or even lower res) video
spacepirate It is not primarily the file size and resolution of the VR videos why it is not working. I was suprised how fluently these videos are played. It is more that the left and right parts are processed differently. I also tested some very low res videos: Biden speech worked well, action movie trailer not at all.

I'd make like 5 minutes remix with multiple scenes and add effects and music to the background, very easy to do on capcut
alibaba pass through videos made with capcut does not work on pico 4. Unless I’m doing something wrong but it doesn’t work for me.
My steps:
- Import target video
- Then drag to timeline
- select cut out then auto cut out
- After it finishes cutting out background I drag the video in the timeline up above timeline then I import in green screen into timeline.
- Then export the video.
After when I play in deovr the video plays but no matter what I do with the pass through setting it does not pass through, instead it turns the green screen to black. If someone knows what I’m doing wrong please help. Otherwise, capcut currently does not work for pico 4.

If your exporting it with green in background then you need set ur chrome box on green then move the color range to the right till the green dissappear...
But in Capcut, you don't have to add green bg, just cut out and export it with the black background it has after cutting. And in deo just turn on pt and I think you just gotta move the saturation.
But you don't have to add the green in cc

Vrsumo2017 It is better to add GS to background and then cut green with passthrough.
Greenscreen is used for a specific reason since green and blue are absent (least) in body colors.
Using default black background you will end up with transparent eyes and hair and who knows what else.
alina Did you try all passthrough settings?
There is a preview box of the color that you are keying in passthrough settings.
Try to match that color in the box to the one you set as a background.
If you only changing hue without brightness and saturation is will always be black, think of it as of a color with 0 brightness and 0 saturation - well its black.
To select green color you need to set the brightness and saturation, then come back to hue again and find that green range.
Good to set the color range as well.

Yea, but I think hes talking about the streaming videos online, not the videos that we manually remove the background using capcut.
How do you guys change the black background to green after autocut?
Did you manage to get your custom passthrough video to work? Btw, I dont think pc link work for passthrough yet, you will have to transfer your custom ps videos to your headset then play it from there as a standalone.
