      I've been doing some tests in this field and it's some scary stuff 😁

      MickyCheese cool experiment, shows us it can be done. Probably won't be long before this is far more op optimized too.

      No idea who you face swapped though. Might be a better example to put the original and the processed one underneath eachother.

        New model with similar architecture as Sora is announced from Stability AI. However, it appears that these new models are also becoming "safer", so they might not be very useful for adult industry. 🙁

            rlrqwbzmudgxnyltqc that's stable diffusion 3. Mostly images as I understand it. Hopefully the safety warning is just lipservice to keep the investors happy. We won't know before it's actually released. The model seems promising though.

            Yeah and I agree, safety and AI is such fucking patronizing bullshit at the moment. Safety is not actual safety either, Safety = no brand damage. No sensational headlines that damage their reputation. If they where actually concerned about safety they should think about what it will means for one country or government to wield the power of agi. Or big tech having agi and not democratizing it. Not worrying if we might get a nip slip in an image or if the AI says something that isn't totally woke. The days that those ais where blatantly racist are far behind us and we are living in an era of overcorrected and overcensored AI. Can't last forever though and open source is getting more usable. Still the cutting edge like sora and gpt-4 are so far ahead of that..

              At least in the U.K. and without consent from the actor/actress being deepfaked it will now be a criminal act, even if that deepfake would never be shared. At this point I imagine that not many companies would want to touch this 'private deepfake' with a ten foot pole. That said, you could still have the options for studios to offer deepfake releases for models who could or would be willing to be body or face swapped but things could potentially get murky in the future here as well.

              I heard a story on the news that students are using deep fakes on classmates. It's lol but also its very crazy times were in 🤦‍♂️🤯

                      harigeharry - These are definitely one of the harder to discern deepfakes

                      When you watch it in VR, it does seem like a real scene, at least at first
                      Then you rewatch it and your suspicion that something is a bit off grows and the subtleties in the deepfake grow more apparent
                      (voice matching, lips, facial edges, eyes, that uncanny looking past you look etc)

                        Getting a good match for a VR scene like what we see above and in the preview for that video is not difficult and can be done with the method I described in this thread already. The real difficulty comes from stuff like blowjobs (!), cum on face (anything obstructing face to a certain degree), the model moving her face to the side too fast, and the warping from the camera lens if the model's face is to far away from the center of the screen although there are some ways to fix this with additional processing I did not include because it really slows things down. But yeah, a frontal scene like what you see above is easy with free tech given you have a good enough GPU and the process works best when you have a starting model that somewhat resembles the model you wish to swap.

                        Don't know if this has been discussed already, but I guess the same tech can be used:

                        1. To de-censor JAV videos
                        2. "Enhance" models - or "un-enhance them" - removing / adding boob jobs, removing surgery scars, fixing teeth, hair, acne, de-ageing, whatever else the model or studio is unhappy about that day. This will be like Photoshop on steroids.
                        3. Hiring traditional models / celebs for their likeness without making them do porn directly. If the money's there, I don't think even a famous actress would suffer much reputational damage as they have no direct involvement. Once a few agree to it, I'm guessing it won't be a big deal, given that porn will be deepfaked anyway without permission so they may as well take the money
                        4. Putting the viewer into the scene more directly - most obviously penis swapping but you could include a mirror etc too so you can see yourself go at it

                          yeap, someone already created this software a couple years back. I admittedly looked into it but never tried it myself. I don't recall the name offhand but it does use some AI but it is not as advanced as the face swapping process that we have today. Here is the rub - you would really need to build this model from scratch by training models of pussies from all angles and then training the model with various mosaics of those very same pussies. So you could not really use Jav videos for the training... but yes it can be done properly and quite convincingly with some time and dedication.

                          2.) "Enhance" models - or "un-enhance them" - yes to all of this, but the more that the AI has to draw, the longer it is going to take and the less realism you will achieve.

                          3.) "Hiring traditional models / celebs for their likeness without making them do porn directly" - not so sure about that, but I do think that models would be more willing to do porn if they could obscure their face with a 'fake' face. Not sure if you are familiar with the concept of AI influencer, but it is possible to create a completely fake AI person. So the model body is very real but she gets to hide her face and keep her anonymity by keeping a fake (and still lifelike and beautiful) face that could look like her without actually being her.

                          4.) "Putting the viewer into the scene more directly" - lol I did this for fun in a 2D scene so yeah its completely doable already.

                              I was wondering today after reading up on this forum on deepfakes, and im wondering is it possible to deepfake markings like glowing marks or even simulate “shapeshifting” as seen in this cgi scene done by DarkDreams studio? it would make for awesome effect with ideas like succubus , demon women shapeshifting between their forms as they near closer to taking POV’s semen, etc. take a look at this scene to see what i am referring to.

                                  I use 3DCombine can convert any video or picture to a 3d sbs.. has many parameters you can set for depth. can aslo generate depth maps for both video and pics too.

                                      harigeharry they are... the first one called switchero or whatever the vid is orginally emma rosie.. the one's I make are this quality and sometimes better.. just a lot of trial and error using swapface.org app. and a few others for tweaks

                                              Avakian If it's "private" then legally there is no recourse. No one knows about that which is private. That is to say, if it were posted online publically then yeah there'd probably be an issue if a person objected to their image being used. However, for example, in my house RIGHT NOW I can print out a picture of a person's face and hang it up on my wall like a poster and no one will ever know. As such I'd say deepfake porn is "legal" as long as it's actually private. A business allowing tech that provides that capability is probably in a legal loophole as well because the act of changing a face doesn't not inherently imply a breaking of a person's image rights because theoretically you could change the face to ANYTHING that the upload box allows you to. I would agree though that it could probably be tricky. It wouldn't 100 percent prevent lawsuits unless no one ever sees the deepfake except the user.

                                                seems extremely unethical and easy to abuse. given some of the unhinged comment on videos, I wouldn't trust people around here with it.
