doublevr I asked for this very thing to the Lovense devs

The Lovense app has a contact/chat function and the idea was you could add a bot, personalise it a bit with a name/pic, then send commands like "tease me" and it would kick off a random pattern for a period of time or "send me a photo" and it would send a photo from a preconfigured online gallery
