mnmlikereal There are programs like Topaz Video Enhance AI that can artificially "sharpen" videos, though imho often times the results can end up looking quite "artificial", for lack of a better term. Plus the amount of time required to process even 1 single videos is pretty steep - talking like 1 week for a 60 minute scene.
Though to be fair it's probably been nearly a year since I messed with any similar software, so maybe improvements have been made.
