Hi, for some reason my subscription didn't renew this month so I was going to manually re-subscribe but noticed I can't re-subscribe with the same code and price for students/military/etc as it's supposedly one time use. Could I get help or are you guys seriously not allowing the discount to be applied again?

Folks to whom this applies have to manage their finances paycheck by paycheck, so the first thing they do when subbing for anything online is cancel the re-sub option. They can't predict their financial situation a month in advance in this economy... Foreigners like myself have it doubly bad, because of exchange rates, transaction costs, and energy shortages ...
You might consider a one-video-per-day option to make SLR competitive. POVR, your main competitor, has a monthly fee of $14.95 ...
$10.00 a month for 31 downloads, one for each day of the month... A great deal all around, and no one who is poor would need to beg.... Better still, sell the deal as a Christmas Calendar option....
