i think the 2 most important things that would differentiate it from the rest of the market and get it as close to real sex as possible are twisting (so not just up and down movements) to replicate a girl grinding/twerking on you and active tightening/contractions just like a real vagina - the girls who know how to tighten and grind are a real menace in bed lol
